Day Nine – Night night, sleep tight

I really need to get to sleep at the same time every night. My body and mind both do much better with a scheduled routine. However, I know that making some ridiculously early bedtime will backfire quickly, so I’m setting a reasonable target time for a few weeks and then I’ll make changes. Currently, my goal is to be in bed (i.e. lights off, no devices with screens in my hands, eyes closed) by 10pm, but my strict cutoff is 11pm. It’s working well so far, so I think I’ll change my strict cutoff to 10:30pm next week. Ideally, I’ll eventually be asleep by 10pm every night. With that being said, it is now 9:52pm, so nighty-night my friends.
